Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

• Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane): 5-7 business days
• Regional Victoria: 7-10 business days
• Other regional areas: 10-14 business days
• Remote areas: 14-21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Large furniture items may incur additional freight charges due to their size and weight.

Delivery Method

Most furniture items are delivered via freight courier to your door. For large items, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos within 48 hours.
